Step 1:

Obtain a free quote by sending your document to Include any additional requirements such as the available time frame, omissions in the text or any other applicable preferences. Within two hours (during office hours: Mon-Fri 8 am – 8 pm) or at the earliest possible convenience (outside office hours), we will reply with our quotation and proposed delivery schedule.

Step 2:

On accepting the proposed quotation, the Customer replies with an email confirming the order. The translation process begins only once the order has been confirmed.

Only in the case of Customers we have not previously worked with and commissions in excess of 5,000 source words, WordActive reserves the right to request partial upfront payment up to 20% of the quotation value.

Step 3:

On completion, the text is forwarded to the Customer by email together with a pro-forma invoice (in the case of certified translations or on the Customer’s request, texts can be collected in person, or sent by registered or delivery mail). The invoice original is sent to the Customer by registered mail. By default, the invoiced amounts are due within 14 days of of the issue date. Notwithstanding the above, WordActive will work with your organisation on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your particular billing needs.

Any order placed after 3 pm will be treated as placed on the following business day.
