On 25 May 2018 the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement od such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation: “GDPR”) entered into force.

With regard to the above, pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR I hereby wish to inform you that:

- to perform a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request, pursuant to Art. 6.1 of the GDPR

- in order to comply  with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject

1) The recipients of your personal data may be:
- entities partaking in the performance of the contract/request,
- accountancy office,
- fiscal authority.

2) Your data will be stored until the expiry of any claims resulting or potentially resulting from the fact of their collection.

3) With regard to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
a) access the data, pursuant to Art. 15 of the GDPR,
b) rectify the data, pursuant to Art. 16 of the GDPR,
c) erase the data, pursuant to Art. 17 of the GDPR,
d) restrict the processing of the data, pursuant to Art. 18 of the GDPR
e) receive the data, pursuant to Art. 20 of the GDPR.

4) Furthermore, you are entitled to notify the relevant supervisory authority if you suspect that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the GDPR.
